Production Facility

All our products are manufactured in our 12000Sq.Ft. state of the art production facility.

Our production facility, located between Carrigtwohill and Midelton when heading eastbound from Cork, is a state of the art facility. Within the facility, we have the top machinery in the Window and Door manufacturing industry along with large work spaces for in which our production staff can manufacture our outputs. We have variuos different areas within the facility where the production can pass through its manufacturing process. This process includes cutting, welding, glazing and fixing the various fittings which the customer has specified. Each part of the process requires an expert, and we have the expert staff to help the products along the manufacturing process.

PVC

The PVC profile is cut using computerised sawing machine and then fully fusion welded to ensure high strength and excellent thermal efficiency.

uPVC, also known as rigid PVC, is extensively used in the building industry as a low-maintenance material, particularly in Ireland. This low maintenance and high quality makes it the ideal material for us to develop our products with. The material comes in a range of colors and finishes, including a photo-effect wood finish, and is used as a substitute for painted wood, mostly for window frames and sills when installing double glazing in new buildings, or to replace older single-glazed windows.

Rehau have developed high quality fittings made of PVC which interlock together allowing us to develop window and door frames. This tritec design comes in large lengths of material which our production staff use to develop the windows and doors as requested.

Aluminium

Our aluminium production facility also has specialised machinery to ensure our aluminium products are held to the same high standards as our PVC windows and doors.

The difference between the PVC and Aluminium window is the material which the frame is made of. The same care and experrtise is given to the manufacture of both window types with various glazinf options available on each. Aluminium is remarkable for the metal's low density and for its ability to resist corrosion due to the phenomenon of passivation. This feature makes it an ideal material to produce a window frame from. Structural components made from aluminium and its alloys are vital to the Window and Door industry and are important in the production of other structural materials.
